I would love to see a couple of small changes in the game that I think would improve the entertainmant value.
1, Extra time to be effective time. Turn off the clock every time the whistle goes and PLAY out the extra time.
2, Book players killing time in the corners at the end of games for unsporting conduct.
3, Have a fifth referee at every game, following the game on a tv screen. His role would be to note players cheating, handing them an automatic one match suspension that could be appealed with the risk of having the suspension doubled if not succesful.
